This short film from our friends at Reason TV won Best Documentary Short prize at the Oxford Film Festial in Oxford, Mississippi. Even if they hadn't won this is a film everyone should watch about the war on drugs is destroying innocent people. A point I've long made is that illicit drugs harm those who choose to use them. The war on drugs harms people indiscriminately.
