The government and right-wing commentators seem to be obsessed with the issue of fraudulent benefit claimants - despite the fact that wealthy tax dodgers cost the public purse far more. This article points out the complicated forms and rigid processes of the benefit system actually make it difficult for many genuine claimants to get the money they are entitled to. This is something that is often ignored in discussions on the social security system.
