Phase One have just announced an upgrade to their 645 core medium-format camera. Dubbed Phase One 645DF, it’s an amalgamation of lens, body, back and software, perfectly mixed together for amazing harmony. But enough with the poetry, because the 645DF has managed to impress us with both a traditional leaf shutter as well as a focal plane shutter, for better responsiveness and ultimate image quality.
