Much financial 'innovation' is just driven by attempts at tax avoidance



The Tax Justice Network blog a href="http://taxjustice.blogspot.com/2009/07/tax-specialists-in-indecent-haste.html" points to an IMF report /a that acknowledges that financial 'innovation' is driven by tax avoidance.
