Mean women and Palin

Ellen Goodman joins the ranks of the mean spirited feminist critical of Sarah Palin repeating most of the insults that masquerade as logic for the leftist feminist movement. She ads another that should not go unchallenged.

...

After all, Sarah Palin may yet be the fulfillment of an old feminist prophecy that Texan Sissy Farenthold once described with her tongue firmly planted in her cheek. We will have achieved equality the day mediocre women take their place beside mediocre men. Check that one off the to-do list.
Now I thought Sissy was at best a mediocre liberal sort of like Goodman, but to suggest that Sarah Palin is mediocre is to let your prejudice blind you to the facts. She is one of the most exceptional candidates in my memory. She stood up against corruption and defeated it. She took on the party establishment and defeated it. In two years as Governor she has accomplished more than most governors achieve in two terms.

Add to that being the most popular governor in the country while making all the right people angry and you have an exceptional candidate who is a clear winner. The mean spirited leftist women are coming across like the mean girls in high school and they are still not a pretty sight.
